[OKDXA] E4/OM2DX worked on 40

You worked him right after I did.  I was using a ground mounted 4-BTV
with about 40 radials.  Was also a new one on 40 for me.  I worked him
on 80 on the 16th.  I haven't heard him on any other bands.

E4/OM2DX worked at 0438 on 40 meters for a new one.
Receiving on a 580 foot beverage that for the most part is on the 
ground with AC Line noise S-2 with NB, RX 200HZ bandwidth. Xmit 
antenna X-9 using a tuner (no 40 meter element)!
