Guys & gals,

Finally, commercial power & Cox cable are back and usable. Whew!
5 days in the dark except for the Kohler. No internet, no central heat,
relying on stove burners, fireplace, & small open air heater in the 
garage.
Kept the place warm enough. 50 trees need serious pruning. Some need
to be cut down. Limbs all over. Driveway was blocked for 2 days til I got
out with the chainsaw. All wire antennas are down. The Mosley CL-36 
sprang back yet again. 33 years in the air and it still works as well as 
ever.
Hope all of you are OK. Just a minor inconvenience. hi

Gas wells are indeed a wonderful thing as Kim noted.  Have a couple on
the property here and the Kohler is happy running on natural gas.

Stay safe, warm, know we all will survive, and the power will come back 
on.
