Had not heard from Frank in some time and sorry to hear he has become a 
Silent Key.
I believe the last time I saw him was maybe three years ago and he asked 
about the
state of his dues with the OKDXA and had good words about the organization.  He
was indeed a gentleman and enjoyed the hobby.
