Hee Heee...worked have worked him with signal flags if I had to....only 1
station on and they are QRT...surf is high enough that he says their feet
are wet and the vertical is only at about 45 degrees.....the operator even
said this is crazy they need to delete this country  LOL   But I will work
them on CW, just got lucky on that other mode  shhhhhh can't say it
right????
