I needed Spratly Islands when they were on, but no propagation to my QTH at
all.  I wonder if I run ground radials out into the pond at my new house I
will have a better grounding system?  You guys keep working them and I will
keep cheering you on!

Don't feel too bad.  I'm afraid that you wouldn't have been able to work
them anyway.  Oklahoma and North Texas had a field day but the South Texas
guys were having trouble hearing him.  He was working New England big time
around 1000z when I worked him.  He was solid copy here until sun rise. 
Good luck on the move and thanks for the info on Kosovo.
