[OKDXA] OK QSO Party Date

OKDXAers:

Since the Green Country Hamfest is the third weekend of March, the 16th and 
17th, that would put our QSO Party on the second weekend - the 10th and 
11th.  CQ WPX Phone is always the last weekend of March and ARRL DX Phone 
is the first weekend.

So second weekend it is which is what the weekend it has fallen on for the 
past couple of years.

March 10th and 11th - The running of the 2007 Oklahoma QSO Party - Helping 
celebrate 100 years of Oklahoma.  Starting to sound like a advertising 
theme for plenty of activity from all over the state.
