EA5BYP, Elmo, will operate as 3C0M from Annobon Island also known  as
Pagalu Island (AF-039) from October 21st to November 3rd.  Plans  are
to be QRV on 10 through 80 meters on SSB, 15 and 20 meters on RTTY  and
160 meters on CW.  More information is expected soon.
