Mark,

Yes!  I just saw that in the Ohio/Penn DX
bulletin.  I can relax now.  Jim, K5TT, and I both worked them
the first night and I was sure upset that those 2 Q's didn't show up in
the on line logs.  I'm sure of my contact because he sent my call
twice.  I was just worried that we had worked a
pirate.  

I sent them and e-mail asking why those Q's
weren't in the on line logs and that may have been part of the reason they
gave the explanation.  Also, I have heard no rumors of anyone
pirating their call.

I was considering working them
again.  :-((
