Since I was carping about the 5A7, I should also note the HUGE turnaround from the first day or two.  Very impressive, especially on CW but also on phone.  They are announcing frequency ranges, using pretty reasonable portions of the band, inviting much less tail-ending, and doing better on closing the QSO so we know if we really made it.

Heard them on 160 about dinnertime this evening.  They were actually loud, but the callers for the TZ operation were right on the 5A - unfortunate circumstances.  I had EVERY opportunity to work them on 160 and my signal could not make it out of Stillwater.
