[OKDXA] Low Band Report 11/13

Thanks Jim.  I worked the KH0 on 80 for a new band country.  He
was loud right at sunrise.  I didn't listen on 160 this
morning.  I'm still having bad AC noise.  However, I made great
progress yesterday.  I borrowed a MFJ noise tracking set from K5QWO
and isolated a couple of noise sources.  I'll try to get the power
folks to look at them tomorrow.  I've got to get this fixed before
it's too late in the low band season!
