I did see that note.  I figure a big 1 hour timer with a large reset button 
on it will work well.  Reading that rule reminded me of the Heathkit 
Console I had with my SB 401/301/200 set up in the late sixties.  The 
Console had a mechanical "digital" clock that was quite accurate.  You 
could push a button then at 10 minute intervals you get a loud buzz AND a 
red "IDENTIFY" light flashing at you.  Push another button and it starts 
all over on it's 10 minute cycle.  Neat.  There are probably many other 
stories about "devices" like that.  "ON THE AIR", "IDENTIFY", "HAM AT WORK" 
etc.

I'll look for a really big loud timer and if photos are made of my 
operation I'll make sure it is part of the picture!
