Ross:

Bill is working CW on that frequency, if I am not mistaken.  We have rights
from 50-54 MHZ.  The voice band starts at 50.100 and a lot of the DX
stations operate CW here in the DX Window on Six Meters.  Stick a wet noodle
out the window on Six and it will work!
