We have a new ARRL president.  He is Joel Harrison, W5ZN.  Joel is an active DXer and VHF+ guy.  It would be nice if we would give him a warm welcome.

We also have a new second vice president.  Most of you know K5UR, Rick Roderick.  It would be nice if we also gave him a nice warm welcome.
