"PETER I ISLAND, 3Y.  The 3Y0X team is now QRV and of late has been active on 20, 17 and 15 meters.  Normal activity is on 160 to 10 meters, including 2 meters and 70cm using all modes.  QSL via N2OO."

And I thought SW Oklahoma was the black hole for VHF/UHF operation.
