Hi Jon,
Keep at it, though. I worked DXCC over the 1993-1996 timeframe running an Icom 720A to an indoor 20 meter dipole in a second floor apartment, and also a long wire run under the eaves of the building. Some of the better stuff I worked was J2, 1A0, VP8-South Shetlands, 9G, and 7Q. I did miss the previous 3Y0 DXpedition using this setup, though.
