[OKDXA] VK0SEE - Macquarie Island

I seem to remember something about it when they had there last change of
personnel but, I can't find any reference to it. There were no 2005 spots in
DX monitor and the only 2006 spots were the other day.

What's the story on Macquarie ?? Don't remember seeing anything about an  
operation from VK0. It's on my list (CW)
