[OKDXA] Needed countries

I am not at all familiar with the operating conditions at everyones place,but depending on the logging program you are using, there may be a provision for this.
If you connect to a cluster thru the packet window of your logger, most programs have provisions to enter needed countries in an alarm area of the preferences of the logging programs and get a voice alert if you choose. So whenever a needed country is spotted u get the big noise!!
Anyway, I will keep an eye out and try to help.
