Gene W5LE has come up with a great idea. To establish a spotting network on  
the reflector.
If you will list the countries you need and a phone nr you wish to be  
called, if we actually  HEAR  that station we will give you a 2 ringer  then hang 
up. If you phone goes off twice that is a signal for you to ck the  reflector 
where the info will be posted. Info should probably include the time  of posting 
in addition to all the other pertinent info.  Sooooooooooooo for  the Frog
