Sure appreciated K1ZZ editorial QST October 2006. Wow, the rules have
relaxed. I see BPL as a threat to our frequencies as well as many
public service frequencies, aviation, etc. Wondering the status of the
BPL system going in DFW area. Haven't heard. Can you believe the FCC
eliminated the Morse requirement? QST Jan 2007 K1ZZ editoral says it
all about BPL. Can you believe the FCC is undermining their reason for
existence in the first place to accomodate commercial interests?
(Protect the licensed services and frequencies from pirates, idiots, &
RFI.) MMH needs our support. sigh (thinking we should support this
effort. We (ARRL) are suing the FCC. Had to happen. Anything left in the
treasury Jerry?)
