Have you guys listened to 20 or 75 meters lately?  What cesspools!  I know
it's only a minority of ops, but they sure give a bad impression.  (But all
this has been rehashed thousands of times.)

On any license issued after 1/19/07 maybe it should  read across the top 
"Amateur Radio Welfare License".
 
What odds would you give that in 5 yrs 14.300 sounds  like channel 19 ??
