[OKDXA] Montenegro Card

I have not seen my 4O3T card yet but I did get my VU6DZ card on 20 meter CW
yesterday for a new one confirmed.  What I am hearing is that there is a
date problem with the 4O3T cards and possibly they are sending them out
without a date.  How could that be?  Anyway, I was glad to get another one
confirmed.  N5FG said he was hearing VU7 on LP about an hour ago.  So listen
up guys, today may be your chance to work them.  Good Hunting!
