[OKDXA] New DX window

Now that phone band expansion is less than 1 week away
in the US, is there any consensus as to what is going
to occur with the 80m DX window?  Will it stay at 3790
to 3800, or will it move further down in frequency,
like 3640 to 3650 or 3690 to 3700?
