Gene:

I do not know of anyone else besides Bert and Carmen that have worked them
up there.  I know that there are several others waiting in the wings that do
not need them on 20 meters.

Down here in Mississippi there are only four of us that have worked them and
I am the only one that has worked them on CW.  I got them on 20 SSB Saturday
morning and 20 CW on Sunday morning.  Some of the east coast guys worked
them on 15 CW this morning and are working them on 40 SSB right now.  I have
been listening for them at night on 40 but I have not heard them.  I am just
using an Inverted-V on 40 right now so I am weak on that band.
