[OKDXA] Dave, K4SV worked VU7LD on 15 CW

I saw where Dave, K4SV worked VU7LD on 21.005 CW this morning.  I have
exchanged a couple of e-mails with him and he sent me the recording of his
contact.  He was really surprised to work them on 15 and had been listening
to the Europeans work them on this band.  He used his Force 12 C49 because
it had more gain than his Steppir 4-element antenna.  It appears that folks
down in Florida are starting to hear them on 15 meters.  Keep your ears
open, you might be in for a surprise.  And as always, Good Hunting!
