Jim I salute your operating ethics and philosophy.  It's a shame that your 
procedures aren't embraced by all  dxpeditioners.
 
With blogs now in vogue I would love to see a ham  radio blog where all these 
ignorant operators would continue to be listed for  their transgressions.
 
Wouldn't it be great now that all the major  dxpeditions  have online logs 
would  also hv an uploaded "LID LIST" of people who would not be worked for not  
following the operators instructions. But I wonder if the deliberate QRMing  
might escalate in retribution for being called out. (I guess the in usage 
would  be outed)
 
I think it would be a great idea if Jim's operating  philosophy would be 
forwarded to every operator on an upcoming  dxpedition.
