Speaking of the OKQP I would like to offer the  following changes:
 
1. The rover category be divided into 2  categories:
    A.  Single Operator   (No Driver....Oper performs all duties)
    B. 2 or more operators or  assistants in vehicle........
 
2. Contest Hours be changed to a Sat from 12P to 12A  CST or 
    8A to 12P  CST.
    (This allows significant 80  & 160 operation)
