Let me add V51AS, 9N7JO, and V85SS to the list. Been  trying for 2 yrs to get 
the latter 2 and almost 5 yrs for Frank  V51AS.
I wish I could prove whether or not they actually  received my money. In the 
absence of definitive proof I'm reluctant to turn the  "Crusty Curmudgeon" 
loose on them.
