[OKDXA] WAS on LOTW

Hi Coy,
Well I have been there a few times alone, the other times it was just me 
getting home late.  I am off call after this weekend and I hope to be 
bragging about the VU4 by then.  Maybe I need to go over to Mark's house? 
:-)  Maybe there will be a huge group of OKDXA guys on this Monday's net 
telling tales of bagging the VU4!

Jay,

Congratulations!  We were hoping that adding the WAS would encourage more DX 
ops to upload their logs.  Other awards are in the works.

By the way, we have been missing you on the Monday night net.  :-)
