[OKDXA] OKQP question

I have a question about the OK QSO party and the VHF
category. Does the VHF category only include 6 meters
(as the rules seem to apply) or does it also include 2
and 222 mhz (other VHF bands)?  The rules mention that
repeater contacts count, which leads one to believe
that 2 meters would also be included.
