   Press Release VU4 Dxpedition
   We are happy to inform you that the QSL Cards of VU4 are being
   formerly released by our Hon'ble Minister of Communication & IT
   Mr.Dayanidhi Maran, VU2DMK on 3rd March 2005 at 1200 hrs to 1300 hrs
   IST (UTC 630 hrs to 730 hrs) in New Delhi, Capital of India.
   All those who have sent the direct QSLs to NIAR will get back by post
   with in next 10 to 15 days as we have made plans to post all of them
   before 8th March 2005 from Hyderabad.
   As stated earlier, we will also place the callsigns of all the
   incoming QSL Cards which are received at NIAR on the VU4 Website.
   The sample also displayed after inauguration in our website.
   We will be holding a simple ceremony of release of QSL Cards along
   with a live demonstration of Amateur Radio in the presence of
   Electronic / Print  Media.
   We request those of Hams who signals can be copied at Delhi during
   that time may please look for us on 14.190Mhz  or 21.240 Mhz -  SSB &
   14.070 Mhz or 21.070 Mhz  - PSK Mode. Echolink VU2RG-R will be
   active. We will try SSTV with sked also.
