[OKDXA] new station

hey everybody, im on my last day at sea on vacation with my family in 
alaska.....we port in the morning in vancouver fly back to okla and i leave for YI 
land on the 6th.......i sure wanteed to try and operate as KL7/YI9QWO-MM on this 
trip but chose to spend my time with my family..

i was disappointed 2 weeks ago on monday night when there was no OKDXA net 
but i understand commitments to family and job.  i wanted to check into the net 
as K5/YI9QWO

well, i ordered a 2nd yaesu ft-1000mp mark v.  one for home and one for 
IRAQ......ive been struggling with the weak signals on my ft-847.....as a bonus i 
will get 200w on the mark v

on sundays at 1800 iraq local time (1400z) we have a 40m net on 7048kHz LSB.  
i will bring up a monitoring freq since i will have my mark v for region 2 
check ins.   hope everybody had a good time at ham-com, sure wish i could have 
gone but maybe next year.
i will also miss ham holiday.
