Jim,
I've been surprised by the number of solar flares and periods of Northern lights, etc. We are supposed to be at the bottom of the cycle. I don't remember having this happen in the past. I also note that we have had a couple of significant sun spots with six and ten meter openings. That's weird.
Thanks for reminding me of the 160 contest this weekend. Maybe we will have some good props.
