[OKDXA] KP5 will activate today

I just received an e-mail from Bernie McClenny, W3UR, at the Daily DX.
N3KS/KP5 and K3LP/KP5 will be active from Desecheo Island starting this
afternoon and can operate through 1000 UTC on December 19, 2005.  They will
concentrate on 15, 20, 40, and 80 meter CW and SSB.  They want to try and
give this to people (like me) that need this for an all time new one.  So
tune up the rigs and amps and get ready for the pileup we have all been
waiting for.
