[OKDXA] LOTW

Funny I have been noticing the same thing.  I sent off for the 3B9C cards 
and got them pretty fast via snail mail.  A day later I saw them on LoTW. 
So I will pull the cards from the stack I am sending to the league.

I am also hearing more and more DX say----QSL via the Buro or LoTW.  Super 
duper!
