coy, i got a proper call now, it is YI9QWO, i had been operating as YI/k5qwo. i 
was trying to respond to you on the the telnet but not too good at it. i did 
talk with w5vw, bill in burns flat that same day i was trying to talk to you. 
so far i have operated cw & ssb on 20m, 17m and 15m using my ft-847 and a 20m 
sloping dipole and a 15m sloping dipole. 6m is dead and i dont have privelages 
with my license but will continue to moniter just in case. i have checked into a 
local 2m fm net on 144.150 (they dont do weak signal on 2m), i felt kinda odd on 
that portion of the spectrum. region 1 frequencies are pretty close to our band 
plan as you may already know, so i have prieliges on the USA extra portion of 
the bands. i need to getmy dipoles up higher but the mid to northern part of the 
usa is blocked by the ministry of communications building (the iraqi fcc). i 
will soon be going to tikrit and will set up a more permanate station and try to 
fix a homebrew yagi to the usa......

possible
