HI ALAN, BILL, AND ALL,
WELL, I AM TRYING BRIBERY. I HAVE WRITTEN A 3RD TIME TO XE1LWY AND PROMISED
A NICE BIG GREENSTAMP UPON RECEIPT OF QSLS FOR ALL OF MY QSOS.
WILL POST A NOTE IF ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT HAPPENS.
IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THIS SORT OF NONSENSE (NON-QSLING FROM A FAIRLY MAJOR
DXPEDITION) BORDERS ON SOMETHING TO DO WITH ETHICAL BEHAVIOR.
BEST TO ALL AND GLAD A FEW PEOPLE ARE HAVING SUCCESS.

Subject: [OKDXA] XF4IH Cards
I received my XF4IH card months ago. I sent my SASE and a lot more than two
green stamps to XE1LWY and received my card with my 10 QSO's a couple of
months later. It has already been submitted and counted towards my DXCC
totals. I mailed the card to:
Enrique Garcia, XE1LWY
P.O. Box 75-481
Mexico, Df 07050
MEXICO
It was a new one for me because the last bunch that was there took the money
and never QSL'd. I received my XF4IH card without any delay, but I did
include some extra green stamps.
