You've uncovered something few people are aware of, the Mexican Space Program.
You see now that the Border Patrol has the AZ, CA and TX borders so well 
covered with infra-red cameras, motion detectors ect Vicente Fox established the 
space program. Well sort of.
You see their capsules hold 35 occupants and land in Canada. Then they sneak 
across the Canadian border.
