[OKDXA] VU4 Dxpedition-again??

Coy , the only one I know of is the appeal in the OPDX
bulletin for support. There have been so many
questionable ones that one really high on the need
list should get some attention seems like. I have seen
no formal request to OKDXA but don't believe I would
see it anyway. Some of the Officers nay have seen
it???
