Tnx for the responses I received to my earlier queries. 
I normally send $ but in Cambodia I guess it's illegal hence the IRC's. Been 
so long since I've used IRC's and I just happened to run across a post 
somewhere from a G0 who had mentioned that unless the coupon had been franked by the 
issuer it was useless.
The consensus of opinions were that my YI9 card shud go to OM6TX. So on it's 
way it is. Unfortunately he does not list an email adr, so we've crossed our 
fingers on that one.
I feel that I have struck a blow for ham radio against ignorance today.
I listen to ESPN radio during the day and they started a new guy today. Right 
off the bat he makes a comment that every neighborhood is not perfect. There 
is at least one ham radio operator in each.
So I promptly sent him an email stating my feelings that rather than Cowherd 
(really his name) that he is now known to me as just "The Turd" I also stated 
that most RFI committees find that the source of  interference problems are 
due to the lack of adequate filtering by the consumer electronic manuf. He left 
out the turd part but read everything else on the air. So glad I was around 
and was able to challenge the mistatement. I enclosed my name and call sign but 
he didn't read that either. Well all for now.   73's  Your ever vigilant
