[OKDXA] Heathen Rover

400+ Qs with a late start and lunch with a picture taking session.  I'm not 
aware of any calls from local law enforcement officials so you guys are 
really improving each year.  If the rest of us do that well the 2004 QSO 
Party will be another success.
