[OKDXA] XF4

XF4IH was putting in a decent signal on 3.799 last
night around 0700Z, with no callers. I got him on my
first call, running 100 watts to a dipole at 30 feet. 
I heard several people saying SLIM over the CW one
earlier, which is believable, as he seemed to have
trouble sending his own call at times.  
Also got him on PSK yesterday afternoon on 20.
