For a few years, we lived within 1/2 mile of good old KOMA, or
K0MA, as we hams liked to call it, because it was all over the
ham bands. In all honesty, it wasn't really that bad, but it did
get in the phones bad enough that we had to use the little snap
on filters. Although I didn't experience that, their were tales
(maybe tall tales?) of people hearing KOMA on their toasters,
ranges, neat things like that....ha I wasn't very active then,
but that would have been a really fun area to try to work 160
on. KOMA is located in Moore, just south of OKC.
