[OKDXA] 5V7C and R1FJ Cards Received {Scanned}

Tuesday was another great day at the mailbox!  I received 4 cards in the
mail and I got 2 totally new ones, 5V7C from Togo, and R1FJ from Franz Josef
Land.   After getting 70 cards from the bureau the day before and only 3
band counts from them, it was good to get 4 cards and pick up 2 new Mixed,
Phone, and CW; 1 new RTTY; and 8 new band countries.  After getting my XF4IH
card last week, this was a pleasant and welcomed surprise.
