[OKDXA] Callsign change

I was there and, of course you missed something! I dunno what it was, 
because I prolly missed it too, but I'm sure something was missed. EVen 
though I already have a nice, 1250 VA UPS, picked up a little APC 400 UPS 
for $10.  I figure the battery is worth that much...
