[OKDXA] Time to step down

Clif,
Thanks for all your hard work & efforts in regard to the OKDXA.

I know how time consuming and stressful it is taking care of parents. I
just went through that with my Dad, and now I am trying to keep my
Mothers finances straight and she lives in Georgia!

Again, thank you for all your input and efforts concerning the OKDXA.
