[OKDXA] Dxpedition support criteria??

Great idea. I firmly support the development of some
fixed guide lines. 
I personally think far too many folks are trying to
finance their 
vacations, not necessarily air any rare DX. I favor
some strong support for 
genuine stuff fairly high on the need list, maybe from
CQ Mag or 
wherever. Setting the number at 100 may be too loose.
Maybe 50 - 75???????
There are places to check the number of spots
originating for any 
location within the past year. Some consideration
there would be good. Also 
time since last activation should be strongly
considered.
I would not be opposed to breaking the bank for
something really 
rare.But the vacations some of the folks are trying to
finance don't deserve 
much consideration.
 
I would about support any effort for starters with the
possibility of 
future refinement of the rules as necessary.
