[OKDXA] 160/80 meters

Didn't light up the transmit side on 80 last night but was hearing 
Europeans quite well around 0300Z.  Might have to push the TX button on a 
few tonight if the bands are as good.  J7OJ and WP3R were wanting skeds on 
160 with OK.  I think 3R is running QRP.
