[OKDXA] Worked VU4 Again

[N5PA]

I worked VU4NRO on 14025 QRX 14028.37 first call at 0051 UTC.  I am going to
keep trying to work them.  I need to work them on phone to make sure, but it
is much easier to work them on CW.  The pileups are not near as crazy.  I
worked them this morning and possibly last week on phone but the QRM covered
them up then.  I will make some insurance contacts, especially if they come
up on other bands and modes.
