Hi everyone,

I got the XF4IH QSL yesterday with ALL QSOs listed.  Now good 80-10 and all 
modes.

On the third attempt I did the following: (1) registered mail to Enrique,
(2) $20 crisp bill, (3) noted that this was third attempt, (4) used #10
security envelope and made it all look stealth, and (5) SAE.

With registration, other GS, mailing, etc., I now have $40 in this!!  Guess
that is the price of success in this case.

Since I was so vocal about this about 3-4 weeks ago, just thought I'd let 
you know.
