hi all, 

ok on the membership question i proposed.

this am, 8dec04 @ 0100z.  i was operating split into the usa. i was at 7090tx 
and got a report of qrm from broadcast in the usa.  i qsy to 7088 and had 
good reports.  the problem was this.  i have a cushcraft R8 vertical and hear 
360deg so every where there is broadcast AM sigs........i had to qsy my rx many 
times and only worked about 20-30 stations.  most were at 31 to 41 on rst 
reports........i did have a few 51s and a booming 52 hi hi.....the 7th, i tx on 
7090 and rx on 7175 and was very clear but 175 was covered up this am with 
broadcast AM on this end

i had thought of a rhombic for 160m and tune it to 80m with a tuner,,,,,does 
anyone think it will tune to 40 as well?  i dont have my ant book with 
me.......or should i just go for a full wave loop on 160? it can only be 10-15' off 
the ground(5' above my container)
